The Eckhart Park Enclosed Pavilion is a great place to have family reunions, graduation parties, outdoor gatherings and more!
Please note: if you would like to book the facility within 7 days, please call our office at (260) 925-2997. If you wish to have any extra entertainment during your rental such as a bounce house, DJ, etc. approval from the Park Board is required. Park Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at Rieke Lodge. Please submit a request of any additional entertainment to parks@ci.auburn.in.us and someone from our office will follow up with additional information.
RESERVATION FEE: $80 (9:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.)

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payment is due 30 days prior to your rental. No refunds will be given within 30 days of your reservation. We accept payments in the form of exact cash, check, or credit card (1.66% fee processing fee applies). Payment can be dropped off at our office located at 1500 South Cedar Street Auburn, Indiana. If our office is closed, payments may be dropped off in the door slot. If you wish to mail in your payment, please address it to City of Auburn Parks and Recreation P.O. Box 506 Auburn, Indiana.
